essentially, the story is this - the session log journal is made up of just that - sometimes anecdotal, sometimes technical discussions of the goings-on in the studio.  perhaps educational, perhaps humorous, perhaps nonsensical.  the other one, the rear view mirror, is more or less no holds barred, stream of consciousness, whatever happens to be on my mind.  a glimpse into the psyche, if you will.  you've been warned...
